Having watched the interview video I will be surprised if Jay Williams stays much longer. Seriously unhappy. Even though we picked up 7 from 9 points recently, the poor quality football has been clear for all to see. The system of an isolated striker has to change IMO as do the fullbacks (who I said weren't up to this level in pre season) what support are the coaches giving Peaks? If we don't make changes & improve our quality and consistency soon , then I suspect that Sneds & Ravi will be considering their futures too

Not a good night all round last night. Never looked like scoring (the goal was a mistake from their defence!).
The most confusing/frustrating/worrying thing for me was when we were only 2-1 down with less than 10 minutes left, we still only had one (very isolated!) striker.. something needs to change, unless we’re happy picking up lucky points through the year playing like this

Wasn't there last night, however reading the comments about the fullbacks is not surprising.
They are both awful!

We lost to a better side last night, it's as simple as that really. Even if the squad we have available to us at the moment was firing on all cylinders I think we'd still have struggled. They looked stronger, faster, fitter and crucially more experienced.
Peaks said in the post-match interview that we'd had Royston watched. Anyone with a set of eyes and a clue about football should have advised us not to put Will Jones up against Adam Murray last night, with Tom Lorraine on the bench. It wasn't fair on the lad. As has been said elsewhere, he was isolated again and we created very little going forward.

Had time to sleep on it.
It will be a long season if there's anymore performances like that. Agree with Ricky that Jay won’t stick around much longer if we don’t improve, his interview after the game was very telling.
I touched on it last night, but what does AP see in the two full backs?!

Only seen the last two matches this season but have to agree with everyone who has suggested that we have a major problem at full back and it was, of course, a tough ask to replace players of the quality of Brown and Reynolds. However, we now have a young keen right back in Garwood who is energetic but at times runs around like a headless chicken and gets exposed when he advances forward but he has the ability to improve with coaching and guidance. As for Warburton the least said the better and you must seriously question who’s decision it was to put him on a contract. Slinn also hasn’t featured in the last two squads, another who it was felt should be put on a contract.
It’s going to be a long hard season without a serious overhaul of our defence.

Garwood was awful , their number 11 nut megged him twice first half , the first happened to be the lead up to their 1st goal

Have to say that the pitch is looking great (atm) drainage and strength looks good. Why more importantly why do we still play long ball!!!!!!!!! Pass it around like Royston did
