Change is needed as in 1997 as it's good for democracy.

I very much hope this doesn't happen, seeing Osbourne walking into the Treasury would be horrible.

Surely thats illegal????? IF we are in a democracy shouldn't we be asked to vote on whether we are charged to vote?
