I don't think it's the one from the Isle of Man either
I wish i hadn't asked!!
Final score :Cambridge City v Moneyscum 1-1
Another win on the road. Now 3 points on tuesday will really make my special birthday week a very special one and we will go top.
If we win on Tuesday we wont necessarily go top as Money now have a home fixture v Uxbridge.

It was quite an odd sort of game. We took the first two real chances that came our way, and might have been 3-0 up at the break. I guess it was a case of "good game management" from then on - but it wouldn't have been much of a spectacle for any neutrals in attendance in the second half. It reminded me a bit of the game at Marlow at times, and I hoped we might give Darryl Smith a chance to increase our threat down the flanks, and cement our lead like he did in that game - but we held on anyway.

Great performance, good win 2-0, with 3 points being in the bag.

I don't think you can ask for much more in a game that's likely to be tight. We were uncharacteristicly clinical in the first half when the chances came our way and we defended exceptionally well in the second half to see it through.
Robbins and Lorraine were causing all kinds of problems in the first half as Ashford played what seemed like a ridiculously high line. Tom Lorraine has really stepped up recently IMO.
The first of 3 crucial games won, and arguably the hardest on paper.
