Another typically uninformed post. He's already had success at this level with speak Spalding, and even the level above with Stamford. For whatever reason it's just not worked out for him here.
Were you there for the UCL season when he missed four chances for every goal he scored? I'd never seen a striker like it. That reason is he's not very good - he only got anywhere because of a little bit of pace. My friends at Stamford never rated him either.

How did Jake perform last evening? Was there anything that could suggest he should be starting at Sheffield this Saturday?

You didn't watch Alfie Taylor that season then?

Fans favourites don't count when player criticising SR you know that, though I think Alfie did get it up to 1 in 6 at his peak.

A £50 note might help. For a tall man he doesn't seem to get off the ground. He worked hard with little support from Lewis Wilson. Taylor Orosz was far more dangerous.

For me Jake just hasn't cut it this season, although his record at Stamford and Spalding would suggest an improved player he doesn't look any different to the player we had in div 1 to be honest. I for one would not miss him if he was to leave and I think Taylor has proved himself a much more useful option for us anyway
