Wasn't there today, but my spy tells me it wasn't great! I still think we need to win both our home games to secure the playoff spot - it'd be fun to be a party pooper at Egham next week eh? :hehe:

All about the points today and we got them!

Hope Sandy is okay?

Bloody hell you must be a half empty glass kind of guy

That table looks better. Happy for the lads to dig in and get the result. Nice to see dolman on the score sheet too it's important to get goals from set pieces.

The result will give the players belief now

I just don't like to sugarcoat things! Happy for the 3 points but I was hoping for a performance to go with it.

Funny how people see games differently, but personally I though Hall had a good game.

However, it was a poor game. Was like two mid table teams with nothing to play for at times!!

Not sure why Stevenson started as he didn't really do much again, yet stayed on all game.

May have been different if Sandy hadn't gone off, hopefully he's okay.

On to Tuesday, hopefully three points better off.

Not many of his crosses went as he would've liked him to but I think he was limited at times due to the lack of a man to aim for in the box! He's always got the ideas but he needs others on the same wavelength to be at his best.

3 points was that mattered this afternoon and another 3 points on Tuesday evening will just about put Chalfont out of the equation with our far superior goal difference. Aylesbury I feel will struggle to catch us with their difficult run in.

Pleased to see Connor play so well and get forward at every opportunity and I feel the lad needed a decent run in the side as he really has not played that much football this season. Well deserved man of the match.

As for Elliot he looked very shaky as he walked into the dressing room at half time and I wouldn't be surprised if he suffered a bit of concussion to go with a very bruised face and he must be a doubt for Tuesday evening.

Poor game and another disjointed and struggling performance, but pleased with the 3 points which is all that matters at this stage, results elsewhere were okay and only 2 points behind a place that would get us home advantage in the playoff semi.

I thought the centre midfield 2 looked a bit better today, and I did notice Leslie trying to get in the box. Parsons ran his socks off but he's not the finished article and tried to link up with Stevo but why did we still pump high balls up to the smallest front line I've seen? The other issue I saw was too many backwards passes, we need to be more positive. Good effort all over the park just need a touch more creative movement, and press on higher up the pitch.

Sounds like we should sneak a play off place. The fact games are only one leg sounds like it will play in our favour haha. We may be playing dreadfully but in the play-offs I'm sure we could sneak a result or two given the matchwinners in our squad. COYD!
