Fleet win 2-1.. Third defeat in a row for Egham....sounds familiar!

CSP draw 1-1 That finishes any hopes they may have had of making play offs. Perhaps we could now sign Tony Mendy until the end of the season!!

Potters Bar unbeaten in 9 now and they play Northwood on 2 April and at Royston on 12th April.

Can someone enlighten me as to whether there are website(s) I can visit so I can keep up to date with matches while they are in progress in our division - or do I have to look at each clubs twitter? Thanks

Well it seems like Egham’s late goals are finally starting to dry up thank goodness. Amazingly that’s the first time in nine away games they’ve dropped any points at all. Everybody seems to be trying their best to throw promotion away at the minute, with the exception of Royston who really are looking ominous.

Just shows that despite our pitiful form, two or three victories in a row could put us right in the mix again. It really is impossible to predict anything in this league at the minute!

Generous of Egham to give us a chance to get our form back together with 3 straight defeats :drinks:

It doesn't matter what the teams above us do if we keep on losing of course, but yeah, all it would take is to get back on track with a couple of wins and we'd be back in with a decent chance of at least getting playoff semi final home advantage, obviously we need to stop the rot first and I don't really care how we do it on Saturday, an ugly 1-0 and parking the bus will do for me, we must turn it round now.

There's nothing that's really reliable and that is updated in real-time, so Twitter is the best way. The best way of using twitter when you need to monitor many feeds is to use a twitter tool like "Tweetdeck" - https://tweetdeck.twitter.com/ . This allows you to view many feeds in real-time, grouping similar feeds into lists, and then monitoring each list. An example of a twitter list for the SL1C is https://twitter.com/RedAnt6/lists/sl1c You can also just view that list without using Tweetdeck if you are only interested in SL1C.

This website does sometimes update scores for matches in progress and the league table 'as it stands' but it is a bit hit and miss.

It does not get any better for Egham. On Saturday they are away to Ware who are unbeaten in last six and then on Monday they play Fleet again, who beat them last night.

Petersfield 1-0

More points down the pan for Northwood. If we can win on Saturday that just about finishes them off, and reduces the promotion hopefuls to 6.

Petersfield can do us another favour when they entertain Aylesbury on Saturday.
