I thought Quigs was immense last night. It was an almost perfect box-to-box midfielder performance; getting stuck in and breaking things up at one end, carrying the ball forward and looking to create something every time he had possession, almost getting a thoroughly deserved goal in the second half, and, of course, a superb through ball for Stevo to get the all important second goal.

I was cautiously optimistic when I heard he'd re-signed, and I really hope he can keep his focus on his game and not his well known "personal problems". If he continues how he started last night, then this signing will be every bit as important as that of Stevenson.
