Fantastic to hear that behind the scenes things have been running along so swiftly and smoothly, the large majority of the players already retained and some great ones brought in. Top work from Peaksy and the board to make this happen.

Did hear some whispers that Joe Merrill didn't consider himself good enough to step up. I think most of us are under the impression he could and at least give it a shot. Lets hope this is not the case and he signs

I do hope Merrill, Joseph and Gearing re-sign/stays on.

I know Peaksie rates him. He told me that Joe had played for him since he was 16 and considered that he was capable of playing at a higher level. I will be disappointed if he decides not to have a shot at Step 4 football.

Agree with Updiamonds I hope that Joe , Scott and Matt all sign, three very good players .So come on boys if you read this forum we would like you to sign again

I can't remember reading anything official regarding his departure.

Initially had a back problem then just drifted away I understand.

Have you all been keeping an eye on the Lincolnshire mercenaries, good time to be a Taxi driver there the amount of moving going on. Think Holbeach must have had a bumper turnip harvest and are planning on winning the Vase again!!, sadly the carrot crop in Wisbech must have been a poor one as its mass evacuation time. Still that's UCL which for us I think is now history.
