Well the UCL KO cup draw has been made with Godmanchester in it, so does that imply its been resolved?
About 5 or 6 years ago at the AGM, the UCL published divisional lineups and League Cup draws including Lutterworth Town (the other lot not Athletic) and Harborough Town. The FA then said those clubs must stay in the Leicestershire Senior and Northants Combination respectively, the teams they had been drawn against were given byes,

Godmanchester appeal to be considered by the FA on July 4th.

The Southern League have announced their fixtures won't be out until 17th July - http://www.southern-football-league.co.uk/ and its also been suggested that the UCL fixtures will be published after them to allow for K*ttering's possible use of Latimer Park - so we might have to wait a bit longer than expected.

So realistically, as the fixtures are still done by hand, that we aren't going to see them out then until, what the last week of July, first week of August? That is late by any league's standards!

Tweet from Wellingborough Town saying UCL fixtures will be released on 19th July.
