You can tell there is a great team spirit within the squad as well.

Just come home from a long, hard day at work (12 hour shift today ) to hear the Sileby scoreline (1-3 as I type this), but watching those highlights from Saturday has put a massive smile on my face - terrific, thanks Jon, you captured the day perfectly !!

Am I bothered about missing out on the title? Not really, it would have been nice, but gaining promotion was the key prize and we captured that on Saturday ............ and in some style. We made a bit of history too - first time a Diamonds side has been promoted without winning the league they're in !! I'll happily take the same next year

Congratulations to Sileby, and commiserations to Eynesbury and Oadby - all four of those sides would do well in the Prem to be honest, its been a great contest all season long !!

What a great video, so good to see such a brilliant crowd, to see those goals again, to see the celebrations again, and the interviews are hilarious (who decided to do an interview outside the showers :lol: ), and I love some of the answers as well

Oh and what a lovely guy Chris Hope is, only fitting that he got the first goal (though would have loved that Newman shot to have gone in) hope he doesn't leave :(
