Got to the petrol station and was told it was off just as I got there and turned around, what a day out lol, luckily I had only got as far as K*ttering though so not complaining.

Think it's time for clubs to just say nothing now until they know the ref's decision, I had a bad feeling when they said it would be on, that the ref would turn up and call it off. Little bit annoyed though as surely the pitch wasn't that bad, I know it was very cold last night but the sun was on it in the morning I believe and Mansfield say there was just frost! So once again we look forward to a huge game and it gets called off, bloody weather!

Edit: Reading the ref's comments perhaps it was quite bad actually, I predict the rearranged date will be 13th April.

The supporters club coach was still only on the A14 when we found out, so we fortunately hadn't gone too far. Still an absolute f**king pain in the arse though! :evil:

I really hope Chester go bust now so that the game's rearranged for 9th March rather than mid-April. Wouldn't want to be going to Mansfield needing a result.

ON the plu side the Wombles are 2-1 up at Lootun! I think this is good, as we would be a point behind Lootun on same number of games. Wombles would be 2 behind

What a joke, what is wrong with refs these days? Turning into a nanny state, can't believe it was called off because about 5 metres of the pitch were a little bit frozen. The club could have poured a bit of hot water on the ground and it would have been fine. All the ref has done have f**ked up both clubs playoff chances, and hit Mansfield in the pocket.
