If the gimlet eye of Freddie Curtis has been fixed upon you, and the sardonic gallows humour employed, then a loss is inevitable. Imagine spotting that from the pitch if you are a player? Of course you are going to lose!

My superstition is not letting one of my mates come now.. He has been to 4 games and we've lost all 4 at home, so i've not asked him since. haha

Completely agree with that - last few weeks when things have been going well mid game, I've refused to look, in case we messed things up. As it happened we haven't done so, and I've been able to enjoy the table after. :)

I hate having a look. I done it during the Oxford game to see how many points we were off top. This was about 85 minutes in :(

As mentioned in another thread, i dont put my shirt on until we are close, usually within sight but not essential, of the ground! Unfortunately, i forgot until i was under the concourse of the stadium at Oxford, sorry :oops: :lol:
