I think we need to find out what Kidderminster were tweeting and replicate it.

When Twitter starts working for me again, I'll have a look through KHFCTrust's tweets to see if I can find it (although if anyone finds out beforehand, post it asap).

I think there appears to be a bit of a misunderstanding regarding how much Kiddy raised via twitter.

I have been in contact this week with board members, the trust chairman and some general fans of Kidderminster.

They raised £14k (roughly) via twitter/facebook and other online campaigns, the rest of the money came from a host of individual people.

After that the fans went crazy trying to get people into the stadium, and when usually the club were getting 1100 on average at home games suddenly they'd be getting crowds of 2000.

We obviously don't have that option, but we do have the option of pushing season tickets which is potentially even more lucrative if gone about in the right way.

So those of you going mental on twitter, don't get too disheartened. Kiddy were literally hours away from a CVA, and without the money raised by fans on the internet they wouldn't have made it. Use that as an incentive, and keep up the good work.

Well if say 10 people went down there, tbh they could make 100 quid easily each, most people just put money into the pots without even taking notice of what they're putting it in for

Any collection in a public place requires a local authority permit.
