Wouldn't go that far. I'll still support Diamonds but know fine well I'll miss at least 5 home games so it's not worth me getting one.

Now if you'd have written that second statement in your first post it wouldn't have been so dramatic. We are talking about the life and possible death of our football club here, we don't need extra drama we need your support.
It's my understanding that after the well received proposal to name a section of stand after Dale Roberts that TWO (yes 2) people have so far contributed towards sponsorship.
It'll be 3 after today as I take my cheque down to the match for that and shares. Back it or lose it.

Must admit I am quite shocked and saddened by this. Come on folks!

That's not point. People have been banging on about it but aren't putting their money where their mouth (or typing) is when it is put into motion. The club are asking for a contribution, towards it and given the events of the last week, that isn't unreasonable.

I'm surprised the people who felt so passionately about it haven't jumped at the chance to help put it into place.
