I don't think it'll come down to any of those factors anyway. The Imps fans and board will want someone with League management experience to dig them out of the hole they're in. JE doesn't fit that bill, he'd be a risk for them.

Re: Justin to Lincoln??
The problem with a place like Lincoln, (as lovely a place as it is), is that there are so many BIG clubs near by - The Sheffield and Nottingham teams, Derby, Leicester perhaps Manchester and Leeds and even the likes of Scunthrope, Barnsley and Doncaster.
Out of the city, it is a very rural county and one of the least populated in England. So as a consequence Lincoln were never and will never be a big club - just like Diamonds and Barnet.
JE could do a whole lot better...

He would be a risk. He is a "name", but hasn't got off to the best start this season! Two of Diamonds wrote:I don't think it'll come down to any of those factors anyway. Bit gutted if he does leave.
I think this is the first manager in ages that we've all remained loyal to. I don't think that even after any bad performances we've put up over the past season and a half with him, there have been any calls for his head.

JE's been our counsellor after the beatings we suffered at the hands of Hill. Losing him would scare me because of what the alternative could be. :(

According to the local Lincoln press John Coleman of Accrington Stanley is favourite and in the papers vote for the job Justin is not even mentioned in the selections.
