If all these signings go through then we're going to have some really good options and I think Tomlin might be moved to the right and Cook would be played on the left.

I hope not. Tommo played the best football of his (brief) career last season playing on the left and cutting inside. I would hope that if Cook does sign then he would play on the right, which would allow him to also cut in onto his stronger foot. Neither player is blessed with great pace, so IMO this would suit their games better.
