Looking at away fixtures, after next week, both teams have to play at Deeping, Huntingdon, Desborough and Kempston.

We also have Eynsbury and Sileby.
They also have Wisbech, Thurnby, Harrowby and Buckby.

There is plenty of scope for Holbeach dropping points, with 3 Fenland derbies, and Thurnby have two chances to avenge yesterdays FA Vase defeat (h & a).

Furthermore 6 of those games will be played in Mar/Arpril when we will be playing only two away matches.(weather permitting)

IIRC the Tigers Social club was poor in respect of Real Ale availability so here are a couple of options close to Carter's Park:-

Does anyone know when march/April fixtures will be out? Should be out soon I guess.

Probably Feb 27th!!!

Seriously though I expect a couple more weeks yet as so many games are likely to be postponed in next week or so.

I understand that a provisional list has been prepared, but not released for the reasons you have outlined. I can tell you we will be playing at home on Easter Monday afternoon. ;)

This League really does like to "plan for failure" doesn't it. Most other leagues will arrange their weekend fixtures, allowing for midweek slots for rearranged games / local cups - especially as there is now only one team left in a major cup competition that would dictate a Saturday fixture.

I can go to adjacent leagues like the Spartan South Midlands, Eastern Counties or East Midlands League websites and see their fixtures for the rest of the season - but not the UCL.

I think some of that is down to geography. You wonder how many players Kempston would get for a midweek trip to Boston following a postponed Saturday game.

For once I probably agree with him, but I think we can handle the pressure! Question is, if they lose, can they? Exciting times ahead !!
