KTFC Management Limited are due in court on Monday to face a winding up order issued by the HMRC they have to let them know by Friday if they will defend it. Apparently came out of the blue but ladak has known for over a month. Just as they thought things were looking up.

I've always wondered how VAT and other tax matters were being dealt with by the volunteers running the club over the last 6-9 months or so.

I actually feel sorry for the volunteers who have been running the club these past few months, I know what it takes and they deserve a few breaks to be honest. There are certain people "over there" that should hang their heads in shame frankly.

On the improving BPW ground front, little external evidence last night on any real work completed from when we visited Latimer Park in February. Plastic tunnel there, not being used, and a few grotty unrenovated mobile cabins that probably came from a building site.

I note that Llanelli FC were in the same court this week - and were wound up due to an HMRC debt - http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-22250301

Shouldn't imagine that there's much PAYE debt at KTFC if you believe the stories that players aren't getting much other than travelling expenses so probably down to VAT on income like Llanelli.

Sadact is not stupid, what do RJ and Volunteers now do, either throw the towel in or as Sadact hopes pay off the debt, and then a few months time another of Sadacts debt comes to light and the same process begins again.

Sadact will gets his all his debts paid and laugh in the face of the Kettrin fans whose pockets he will drain.

I await KC to join the throng and demand his pound of flesh regarding the lease, Sadact and KC have RJ and Co by the short and curlies, pay up or close.

The timing is interesting too, as even if they get the 28-day adjournment to try to settle the debt, they will have the issue hanging over their heads at the time of the League AGM and the FA making decisions on League constitutions.
