They lost 7 - 0. We won 9 - 0. Anyone like to predict the score if we were to play them now? Despite their apparently superior league standing. I'm going for about 5 - 1 to AFC.

I think that like other 'smaller' local clubs (Burton Park for instance) they would raise their game against the mighty AFC, and hold us to a 1 or 2 goal win

What's the deal with poppytalk anyway, why does a non league club with a few 100 fans need 2 message boards? And tbh the IQs on there seem to be even lower than they are on poppynet, I found the bitter post on us in particular very entertaining, especially as they'd be lucky to be even in a 'pub league' next season :lol:

I think it was started up because Ladick's number one fan JoePoppy banned anyone who had a bad word to say about him.. allegedly!! ;)

This is an unofficial message board, and I posted a link to a different side, to a comment made by a former player (of a previous club) about a rival club.

It has nothing to do with the official views of anyone related to AFCRD.

No it isn't a disapproving smiley face, but I am an individual and not a representative from the club. I found it amusing that a player such as Philips clearly has some negative feelings towards K*ttering fans. I do not approve of the language he used, but I'm not going to lose sleep over what a former player posted on twitter on a Saturday night.

Plastered it on the forum is also exceptionally strong, I merely posted a link on a thread hundreds of pages long, clearly to an outside source. Hardly like I started six different threads on it over three days etc.

Is his langauge appropriate in the cold light of day? No.
Would I object if the link was removed by a moderator? No

Did I find it amusing to see him celebrating a 7-0 win over K*ttering? Yes

High Horse. Off. My sentiment of amusement was that he K*ttering lost 7-0 and Philips was enjoying this. Such language isn't wonderfully appropriate of course, I never intended to suggest that it was, but I'm not going to be the moral arbiter of either this message board or twitter.

I have no issues with lee Phillips taking the mick out of us losing, in fact I really couldn't give two hoots what he says about us!! It's the rest of his comments that I find incredibly tasteless and certainly shouldn't be laughed about or pinned up on any forum.
