Of saturdays starting line up you would expect all except Cobblers trio, to be offered terms. Wether they accept them is another matter and some will be subject to persausion from other clubs.
Others who could be considered are O Brien and Ward.
Hopefully Daldy and Brown Hill will have recovered from injury sufficiently to be considered.
I would hope the Cobblers lads could be in our plans if they are not retained by Northampton.
Im sure Sandy already has players in mind that he would like
To sign, especially some strikers.
At least he has more time than he did last pre season and has a much stronger squad now.

I would like the entire squad to be given the opportunity at the start of next season including Jarvis and OBH, with the addition of a couple decent strikers

There's a lot to be gained from continuity and I'd like that to happen. Would anyone welcome back either (or both) of the prodigal sons (Bruno and Tyler) if management could sort out their issue? I got the impression that it would be a management decision (at the time we let them go) if they could be considered to come back. Let's face it, Bruno should have scored 25+ goals this season with the chances he had. Maybe there's someone better out there?Dbsl wrote: Mon Apr 27, 2026 1:47 pm I would like the entire squad to be given the opportunity at the start of next season including Jarvis and OBH, with the addition of a couple decent strikers
I'd love to see the 3 Cobblers players back, I think Findlay is the best left back since Sam Brown, Evans has a great engine in midfield and Barnett has so much potential (needs an older head alongside to guide him IMO).
Maybe another punt at Will Jones, who is still a good prospect at this level I think?
