Re: Former Players
Looks like Spalding have got some money, 2 of Stamford's best players have decided to leave after their promotion and have been linked with Spalding.
- Play it out from the back.
- 1 up front.
- Man gets one good result via a new manager bounce and thinks he's Pep Guardiola.
Re: Former Players
Now they've signed Tony Breedon and Glenn Walker, certainly looking to be the team to beat this season, deja vu back to that UCL season where they ran away with the league with a ridiculous team, I expect us to be in and around the top 5, but it certainly won't be an easy ride for us back in step 4.

Common sense in football has gone, giving a big budget to a manager who only has a handful of games managerial experience under his belt is risky, I suspect they'll do well but 'only just' and it will be labelled as amazing.
The 'Hollywood Two' at Wrexham got it right giving a budget to an experienced manager who wracked up a huge points total, which is exactly what you'd expect from the squad he assembled.
I'm really looking to the season ahead, a bunch of local games, some new clubs to visit and the opportunity for teams without big budgets to put a few spanners in the works
