Am I correct in thinking this game goes ahead even if Hitchin draw FA Cup with Solihull today? Any replay would be on 20th Nov.

Hopefully they'll be in the game right to the end today and run themselves into the groundsussexdiamond wrote: ↑Sun Nov 11, 2018 8:43 am Am I correct in thinking this game goes ahead even if Hitchin draw FA Cup with Solihull today? Any replay would be on 20th Nov.

It will be interesting to see how the boys react to the Trophy exit and, of course, our opponents may be a tad flat after Sunday’s exertions. A run of three games against the three bottom sides in the league and a 7 point return would be excellent I think.
Let’s hope we start on the front foot and get an early goal.

Talk about make it difficult for yourselves! Coasting after an hour then holding on at the end! Still, 1 point off the play-offs with 2 of the bottom 3 to come.
Really happy with where we are at this new level. Shame about the cups but let's have a real go in the Hillier Cup. Would be a great night out again v Brackley if we can get througb.

It was a good result that saw the team react well to the weekend defeat. Still a little too deep at times, but no one gave up running. That's the level of effort the team needs to consistantly deliver to reach its full potential.
Quality first goal with accurate passing, good movement and great strike.

I couldn't believe it when I saw the same starting XI from Saturday had been picked again, however the intensity that was totally absent on Saturday was there in abundance last night. It looked like they'd had a rocket to be honest. Added to this we played football on the ground and Ben Diamond was finally given some freedom to affect the game from the middle which he duly did.
I'm of the opinion that any win in this league is a good win regardless of circumstances, but this was more important than most because we showed some character to produce a decent performance after a couple of poor ones.
