You could have 140 years of no achievement, or twenty years of glorious victories, you decide.

Sorry to inform you but the company who are behind KONY 2012 campaign are a known scam hiding behind a charitable cause.

They don't explain in their video that Invisible Children also support the Ugandan military who rape, murder and steal from their own people on a daily basis. Joeseph Kony hasn't been active for the past 6 years and they admit that, nobody knows where he is and nobody knows if he's even still alive.

They say they are "non-profit"... but as they are registered as "non profit" their finances can be seen publicly, and you can clearly see that 30% of the money goes to the actual cause, and the rest goes on wages, travel costs, filming costs, merchandise costs to sell at a ridiculously high mark up. They are rated by the charity watchdog at under 50% (which is bloody awful)

The whole thing is a fraud. LRA have been doing this stuff since 1986, and now suddenly they want people to care. There is 1000's of Syrians dying day after day, being slaughtered by their own government. That is something that is happening now, and needs resolving now. Why are they not doing this to help the Syrian people? why? because you can't sell shitty little wristbands and t shirts + posters for $300 a pop for that.

This is viral marketing and people have fallen for it. They are doing it for their own brand recognition. KONY 2012 isn't a campaign, its a brand. They are selling KONY 2012 to people through merchandise making a tidy little profit. Hopefully people will soon wake up and realise that its a stupid idea and the money it will cost (waste) in clean-up fee's for all the posters and graffiti, could be better used to fund causes that actually need the money.

Here is the founders of Invisible Children, posing with the Ugandan Army, or better known to many as rapists, looters and murderers, people who they defend are doing a good job.

Its sickening people exploit charitable causes for their own gain.
