I thought the referee did spoil the game - he seemed to want it to become the Alistair Wilson show rather than a flowing game of football. Anyone tempted to watch non-league football for the first time on Non-League Day won't be back in a hurry after watching such a stop-start game. Our usual referees might have let the game flow, and then the players would not have looked for free-kicks all of the time. It looks like the ref officiates in the south, as he seemed to know the Hornchurch #2 very well.

Brad was my MoM, helping out in defence as he did - but credit goes to all of our players under the circumstances. Fortunately we took our chances well today, otherwise I could see a midweek trip to Essex looming after a goalless stalemate.

Excellent performance from the lads, ace goals. Didn't think much to the ref.

Looking forward to Monday lunchtime, draw for FA Cup, a nice home tie would be nice.

Quality display. First half could've easily gone one way or the other. First time in a long time our game management was superb. Credit where it's due, Peaksy and the boys deserve a few cold ones tonight. f*** the ref and f*** the FA.

Also, what a bloke Brad Harris is! Time and time again he's steps up to he plate. He knows better than anyone he's not the most gifted player in the world but how he keeps his place and delivers performances like he does week in week out, top draw! Well done Brad, let's dance!

Possibly the best club man we've ever had, whether he takes some flak or is moved out of position, the lad just gets on with it. For the amount of centre mids that have been brought in, he must think that the management are looking to replace, but he gets on with and holds down his place in the side. So many have come and gone during his time. Like you say, not the greatest player but think of how many times his goals have rescued us, Wisbech at home will never be forgotten. If you had to name five arf players of legendary status, he would be amongst them :notworthy:

Does anyone have any idea how the draw is regionalised for the 2nd qualifying round? Is it just north and south?
