The Top Three..Home and dry?

Post by sussexdiamond »

There is a general opinion that Stevenage, Oxford and York will take the top three places. So our assignment is to get the 4th or 5th place. We should be able to get into the play off zone next week.

One factor in favour of the chasing pack is the backlog of fixtures these 3 face as all are still in the Trophy. This means 3 more Saturday games postponed and to be rearranged as it is very likely they all reach the semi's.

This would allow the pack to get closer and put pressure on them.

For ourselves February will be crucial as we play Stevenage, Oxford, Mansfield and Scum, but first lets win against Grays and my locals Eastbourne.

I was hoping to travel with the Eastbourne fans next week, but there is some doubt about a coach being viable as the fans down here are very despondent at present.

But I will be there for the Stevenage game (God willing) only my second "home" match of the season.
