The first season of PLODS saw 26 players finish the season - the rest had pulled out or been kicked out after failing to predict week after week. Of those final 26 players, 9 qualified for the play-offs. I had planned on restricting the play-offs to just 8 players (4 from each league) but an incredibly 3-way tie in the Darby Division meant that I had to change the format.
In the play-offs players played each other directly. The 9 players were whittled down to four, then two and then, finally, one - CountHermanDeBanker, after 32 weeks of predictions, came out on top after beating JamesRDFC in the final!
