I think you'll find they lost at home in the league 6 weeks ago rather than 6 months.

Re: wrexham......

There is quite a bit of bickering on Wrexham's forum about the ticket allocation - it sounds like they have shifted a lot of tickets, but aren't too confident about how many will be used - http://www.redpassion.co.uk/forums/wrex ... -game.html

Re: If we don't go up...

The last one was at the new stadium in late 2005 when they scored an equaliser well into added time http://www.thediamondsfc.com/page/MatchReport/0,,10784~29646,00.html The previous season was also at the new ground in 2004 - when we lost 2-0 http://www.thediamondsfc.com/page/MatchReport/0,,10784~26...

Re: Just got back....

A very honest assessment. It sounded like the Stags fans weren't too happy with Andy Burgess after his comments in the local paper.

Re: Just got back....

I wonder if referee Jeremy Simpson has been referred to as "homer" Simpson before ? It was certainly a cartoon performance from him. There seems to be plenty of "stressing the negative" again. I thought it was an excellent performance - a changed side that might easily have relax...

Re: The Progress made to 200 matches....

What a contrast that period was for the travelling Diamonds fans - the St Albans game was at least the third away game in the first few months of that season that we went in 3-0 down at Half-time. At least we did have a bit of a go in the second half against a very poor side, but if we hadn't brough...

Re: NLP National Game Awards

Tommo must be a contender, as he's been mentioned favourably in both the NLP and on the BBC Non-league show, but I can't see JE getting the award ahead of Westley if they clinch the title - after all, they haven't had a huge budget either. Regarding the team of the season, I think Roberts, Robinson,...

Re: Official Ebbsfleet Match Thread

I agree - and if you think that Tommo's miss at Rothwell and his miss at Workington were possibly the worst of the bunch, then he can't really be regarded as a safe penalty taker either. Michael Corcoran did score one at Workington in the FA Cup - which makes it 3 successes in nine attempts. Perhaps...

Yes. It was mentioned in the squad report prior to the game - http://www.thediamondsfc.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10784~2018968,00.html , and in the match report - http://www.thediamondsfc.com/page/MatchReport/0,,10784,00.html and in JE's interview - http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_conf/860...
