Is this the first time?

That a Diamonds/ Ploppies match actually has real bearing for both teams? As in the past it has only been of real need to us to get the points for promotion as ploppies are usually mid table dross.

Weather Report please

If tomorrows match was in Eastbourne it would be off with waterlogged pitch.

My garden is under 3 inches of water.

What is weather forecast/ current pitch condition?

Re: New table

As far as position in league table is concerned we come off the worst, dropping two places.

Re: Chester... An Alternative Thought

Thanks for clarification of rule. I see Chester are now claiming a Danish consortium will be buying out the Vaughans by 6th March. I think this is just another pathetic cynical ploy to defer a decision once more. I think it is more likely that a Nigerian Bank has the funds on hold and are just waiti...

Chester... An Alternative Thought

Expel Chester and award a 1-0 win to all the remaining teams yet to play them. This is just as fair as expunging their record. Because if they were to continue they would firstly be facing 18 games in 8 weeks and their line up would be so weak that teams would be scoring for fun ala R & D v Weym...

good luck to Stevenage, York and Oxford...

this saturday in FA Trophy. Hopefully they plus Tamworth will all draw and then win replays which will just add to their fixture congestion as semi finals are two legs.

Re: 50 goals...

I do not have stats to hand, but I believe most of our 50 have come in a handful of games. 6-1,6-1,5-4,4-1, 4-2. Thats half in only 5 games. So we have only scored 25 in the other 23 games! I like to break the season down into sectors. After the first 15 games our record was W5 D5 L5 20 pts with 21 ...

Re: Eastbourne

Am I right in thinking we have not won any game in which Tomlin was suspended? Eastbourne will not be easy. They had a great result on saturday. I was really surprised how tenacious they were. They cost me a pint as I was telling everyone that Wrexham would stroll it. Liam Envers Marum is tall and ga...

The Top Three..Home and dry?

There is a general opinion that Stevenage, Oxford and York will take the top three places. So our assignment is to get the 4th or 5th place. We should be able to get into the play off zone next week. One factor in favour of the chasing pack is the backlog of fixtures these 3 face as all are still in...
