Re: [ Interview ] Michael Harriman on BBC Radio
A really good insight into Harriman himself. Post match he is usually quite quiet but here in the studio he speaks with confidence. I've only heard 30 minutes so far but very impressed.

If we are brutal, bring back Wilson for Tagoe and Wyatt to replace O Neil who is not 100% fit after a long lay off.. It was good to have O Neil's dad on Radio Diamonds on Saturday.

Re: [ Sat 20th Jan ] v Rugby Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY
Must have replayed the goals over twenty times, so good to see us win. After initially being skeptical about Harriman’s appointment he’s starting to win me round. Let’s take that result in to Saturday and pull off a shock! He needs to be given time. even if we're relegated, then he still needs the ...

The starting eleven on Saturday plus Wilson, Scott, Wyatt, Dean and Thomas make a reasonable squad. Pity we didn't have them all from the start. Only Harriman and Pinto Leite (plus sub Thomas) were part of our only other league win v Coleshill.

What a great Vlog. We must invite him to every game. Excellent video, we could actually clearly see the goals. What a great ground, especially when you consider some of the terrible grounds we've been to this season. Something we can aspire to.

Re: [ Sat 20th Jan ] v Rugby Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY
I vowed at the start of the season I would not buy the Non League Paper until we won on a Saturday and I could read a winning match report. I've put the money aside to donate to a good cause so £44 will be on its way soon (I should just mention that I was out of the country when we beat Coleshill)

I hope they don't hold Talbots time there against us.rickthediamond wrote: ↑Sat Jan 20, 2024 11:45 am A coach load of Oldham fans are also on their way to the game after their trip to Eastleigh was postponed!

Re: Nuneaton in trouble
Looking at their forum there appears to be very little appetite to start a phoenix club, probably because this is not the first time they have folded. This time looks like severe maladministration and having a manager/owner who slapps down any criticism. It's always the diehard fans who suffer.

Re: [ Sat 20th Jan ] v Rugby Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY
We must get 3 points from this game. Drawing will not help our position at all. With 3 home matches to follow we have a chance to close the gap and the ones above us will start to look over their shoulder and worry. I'm not expecting the full 12 points from these games but we really have to make up ...

Re: Former Players
Garwood more of a loss. Anderson has not shone on many occasions this season. We have Dean and Ngwa. A phone call to Westwood might be useful.
