Re: Roumers Thead

Sorry to be a party pooper but I think it is too early to start any RUMOURS.
Lets finish the season first and then start speculating on those staying or leaving and those coming in.

Whatever league we are in next season will have some bearing on who wants to play for us!

UCL Promotion and relegation battles

Probably most of you could not care less who is going to be relegated or promoted. But here goes anyway. Relegation from the Prem is straight fight between Sileby and Harborough. Quite simply if Sileby get a point on Saturday home to Harrowby they are safe as their GD is 22 goals superior to Harborou...

Re: [ Sat 11th Apr ] v Wellingboro Town FC, KO 3pm UCLP HOME

It could have easily been 10-0 and they would have no complaints. Given the No 5 complained about everything all afternoon I'm entering the above in the "daft quotes of the season competition" Getting injured was the only way he was going to get any applause though wasn't it? ;) Jok...

Both teams need a point to achieve their objectives of Champions or avoiding relegation.
But we must not ease up, we don't owe Sileby anything. Even if they do have Quincy!
I would still like us to get the 101 points and we are now back in the running to be top goalscorers, only 4 behind Thurnby.

Re: Attendances - final average?

I would have thought 400-500, perhaps more, we'll have to see, doesn't help it being midweek of course. Its not exactly a long distance journey is it? A point each on tuesday would give us the title and almost certainly save them from relegation. but lets not ease up on the quest for 101 points and...

Re: [ Sat 11th Apr ] v Wellingboro Town FC, KO 3pm UCLP HOME

Even if we win we may have to wait until Sileby for the celebrations to be confirmed. But both Thurnby (at PNS) and Wisbech (at New Pag) have difficult away matches, and I will not be surprised if both of them drop points. Ref for the game is Mary Hamer who has put in some good performances this sea...

Re: Fixtures

Whilst we are in a non kicking UCL mood. (It must be the euphoria of promotion) This season the UCL Prem has run with an odd number of clubs (21) which would mean one club every Saturday could be without a fixture. Yet I believe this past Saturday was the first time we have been without a game on a ...
