Re: Name for the new bar

The Cross Keys is my favourite.

If you want to make it more neutral why not put Lankies at the end.

Re: Name for the new bar

I would look no further than our club badge... The Cross Keys or The Red Lion. I know the ground is on old Sartoris land and which is representative of the red lion, but from a personal point of view I would like to see us play some homage to our Irthlingborough roots as well as I can see us slowly...

Re: Next Season - Central League Premier

Betway have released odds for the Southern Central Premier next season. They have us 7/1 third favourite for the title, only slightly longer odds than K*ttering and King’s Lynn. I’ll be staggered if we finish that high. https://sports.betway.com/en/sports/evt/2737237 I'm also surprised to see us up...

Re: Fixtures Released 19th July 10am

Quite please with that, thought we would have a home game 1st game out, looking forward to 1st league game of the season.

Also agree and think that Kings Lynn and lot up the A6 will be near/to challenging at the top, as long with Tamworth.

Re: [ Tue 17th Jul ] v Melton Town, KO 7:30pm PSF AWAY

The person doing the match twitter last evening went to great pains referring to ‘Mr Trialist’ whereas Rhys Kelly and Nathan Hicks were given their full name, does this imply that they’ve both signed? Also Ryan Robbins played in the second half and does this indicate that he’s put pen to paper? I a...

Is there going to be a Premiership fantasy football league, this year, 18/19. Because it's always way cool.

Re: Its that time again

Luke Fairlamb and Joel Gyasi have be outstanding players for us, gutted that they both haven't re-signed, hope they'll both re-sign on. (So they can both continue to be outstanding players for us) I would quite like Ryan Robbins to stay on, because he's done great for us, he can turn a game around, ...

Re: Its that time again

Gearing? I seem to remember he played for a team in this division before he joined Diamonds in the UCL... Possibly, but I was thinking of someone else. If it is who I have in mind it will be his third spell (I think) at the club...... Can't be fazel or Joseph, they've signed at least 6 times! How m...

Re: Shaw Lane AFC

Things keep swapping around, with Shaw Lane withdrawing from the league. Meant 1 of 3 teams would go into the Northern league. (Hednesford, Coalville, Kings Lynn) Hednesford, (subject to appeal) To me, once a team was chosen, (given how quickly the FA responded to it) then that should be sticked to,...
