I would say, should you join the board, your only focus won’t be who is first team manager, it probably won’t be the most important thing you have to tackle either.
The minutes from the EGM are up on the members forum and they make for depressing reading

I would have hoped the working groups would be up and running by now, with any new members joining after the election. Without a working board the club is basically rudderless at the moment and can’t be run on a weekly Wednesday evening meeting

Genuine question, how ambitious are Cogenhoe, they always seem happy to be the UCL, they look like a well run club but never come across as ambitious to progress?

Just a thought but if,and it's a big if,we did find a manager willing to try to sort out the team could we not try and raise the money to rebuild the team from the supporters, on a short term basis.I know we have the Players Lottery Fund and that is a move in the right direction but I think we need...
