The crowd yesterday was the highest recorded in the SL Central and SW divisions this season. I wonder where they all came from?
Lets hope for a similar or better turnout on saturday.
In the Premier Division only Weymouth, Dorchester and Kings Lynn have had bigger crowds this season.

If we are looking for a striker, how about Liam Canavan at K*********g. He was a menace last season but is not loved by Ploppies fans and may welcome a change at this stage of the season.

Re: [ Tue 22nd Dec ] v Egham Town, KO 7:45pm SL1DC HOME
If game goes ahead I predict our lowest crowd of the season. I for one will not be able to make it and would not be too disappointed if it was postponed. I was well wrong there. 443 on a tuesday just before Christmas excellent turn out. Shame about the result, but still in pole position when games ...

Re: [ Sat 19th Dec ] v Chalfont St Peter, KO 3pm SL1DC AWAY
Quite significant that the Non League paper had MOTM as Chalfonts keeper! Corby Diamond says the ground may have been "a bit of a dump" but they were some of the most hospitable friendly folk we have met, and the Hanwell clubroom could not open until the nursery closed!. Was the Chairman t...

In this topsy-turvy league only one of the top six won today.
Who would bet against Chalfont losing at Aylesbury on Tuesday?
