Re: [ Sat 2nd Mar ] v Coleshill Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY
Still can't quite believe Saturday, 4-0, unbelievable and some fantastic goals!! Not sure what I found more unbelievable though, the score, or how much we were in control throughout the game, if you didn't know the positions of either team before the game, you could think we were a team near the top...

Shame we had no game of course, but Gresley also called off and Rugby lost in a game that they really would have wanted to get something from, so 6 points adrift, but now with two games in hand, Project 18th is still very much on!

Re: Sir Keir Starmer visits Hayden Road
While I find the sort of electioneering on display here somewhat nauseating, I am certainly in the 'good for the club' camp here. Perhaps if we were talking about the BNP leader or someone with contentious views I could understand the negativity, but regardless of what you think of him and the Labou...

Re: [ Tue 30th Jan ] v Boldmere St Michaels, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME
The managements hard work is starting to pay off, after initially being sceptical of the Harriman appointment, he’s making me eat my words! Yes I will admit I was wrong to question Harriman, the results have finally materialised and the hard work is paying off. Though in my defence, it was 9 straig...

Re: [ Tue 30th Jan ] v Boldmere St Michaels, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME
Incredible! I said at the start of January that I thought we'd need to somehow get 10 points this month to have any chance of escaping, which it is fair to say was optimistic when we had 4 points, yet we've actually done it, 10 points picked up in this month and just 4 points adrift now! What a job ...

Re: [ Sat 27th Jan ] v Sutton Coldfield Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M HOME
Amazing stuff, can't remember I saw us win in the last minute like that, the best feeling winning like that and the goalie paid dearly for coming out of the box all game! 4 points from our first 21 games, 7 from our last 3 games, what a turnaround after the dismal Gresley loss which making 14 points...

What a great Vlog. We must invite him to every game. Excellent video, we could actually clearly see the goals. What a great ground, especially when you consider some of the terrible grounds we've been to this season. Something we can aspire to. Was just about to say the same about the ground, first...

Re: [ Sat 20th Jan ] v Rugby Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY
Got to say it's nice to have a Saturday evening after a Diamonds win again, forgot what it was like! Yes the opposition was very poor today, but where usually we would have made some silly mistakes at the back and given away goals or not had the clinical edge going forward, we were so much better to...

Fantastic win and great away day in a decent atmosphere, never thought I would say this, but not only did we win, but we did it comfortably as well, Rugby didn't threaten us at all and it was a solid team performance.
Still 10 points from safety, but there is a little hope now!
