Re: Ticket Sales update...

If the Diamonds tickets do sell out as well, it's worth people ensuring they get to the game in good time. In the days we used to sell out away allocations we had a good few people who had one last drink before heading into the ground, only to find their allocated seat had been taken. This is especi...

Re: OXFORD AWAY (TRAVEL UPDATE)

Might have to get mine tomorrow, I was going to wait until after Thursday but I'm afraid I might not get one buy then. :( Surely you don't mean you'll only go to Oxford if we've done well enough in the first leg ? ;) I just hope all those who've followed the Diamonds on the road through thick and t...

Re: Cambridge released players

I can't believe people are suggesting Murray after his tackle at Histon. I would be a bit like Diamonds signing Dino Maamria after his Southport tackle ....

Re: Officials for the play-offs

Mr Coote also sent off Gareth Jelleyman when we lost at Oxford in 2008-09.

Mark Brown sent off Corcoran at Northwich in Mar 09 (no complaints there !).

They both seem decent and experienced conference refs who won't take nonsense.

Re: Shane Huke

The quick interchange between Gallen and Craddock, whilst the defence was stretched as it tried to cover Newton's run, was pretty difficult to defend against.

Looking at the highlights, his work to find space and get in a cross to Farrell, just after Farrell came on, showed he's got decent skill too.

Re: Highlights

It must be an odd sort of person who goes to a football game only to watch it through the back of a mobile phone.

Re: Nicky McNamara

I'm 99% sure he wasn't at the presentations yesterday, when ALL the other players were Inc. Cousins. I wouldn't be surprised if Kidderminster was his last game for us! He was very average and his awful challenge which earnt him a booking wasn't football, it was just a complete takeout! Anyone know ...

Re: Southport

If we do stay down a trip to Southport won't be too bad - although we had mixed fortunes up there. I remember Dino Maamria's awful challenge against us, and the monsoon we had before one game.
