Re: Walsall Wood

Looks almost likely that they're not going to complete the season

To their immense credit, they took the lead against lye town only to lose 2-1 late on

If the next round is in 2 weeks time, then you'd think so

Re: [ Tue 24th Sep ] v Grantham Town, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME

Really was a tale of 2 halves, as we were very fortunate to not be 3 or 4 down by half time. Was a bit concerned when the team appeared second half with no changes, but after the 2 reds we literally dominated the game and recorded an emphatic victory. But with all the makes of a strange game, the ...

Re: [ Sat 21st Sep ] v Darlaston Town, KO 3pm NPLD1M AWAY

A brilliant result that on the road after Tuesday night's disappointment. In the last two seasons a match like this after defeat would more of likely gone the other way with another loss, but credit to the layers I picking up 3 points. Only just outside the play off zone now but more importantly ...

Unfortunately not up to the level we needed, he came to us with an impressive scoring record, but couldn’t repeat that feat at a higher level. I’m sure that will change with Daventry.
Well it did as it only took him 12 minutes to score on his debut

Re: [ Sat 7th Sep ] v Kidsgrove Athletic, KO 3pm FAT1RQ AWAY

Is this match decided on the day, or does it go to a replay? Maybe a replay would be welcomed, as I'm pretty certain the home league fixture against Grantham on the 14th must be off as they're still in the FA cup

Re: Former Players

Ryan inman only getting 5/10 mins as a sub at Harborough. One to watch?? Tempt him back?? He would single handedly change the dynamic of this team. We miss him big time, I didn't think we would but we certainly do. You can't blame him for stepping up a league and giving it a go and he still might ...

Re: [ Tue 20th Aug ] v Anstey Nomads, KO 7:45pm NPLD1M HOME

Sometimes you just have to hold up your hands and say the other team was better. No shame in it, but Anstey were top drawer, they passed and moved with quality at speed and a high tempo and scored some superb goals. If they play that well for most of the season, they'll challenge for the title no ...
