Thought for the Day!

I don`t think this awful wet weather is going to be uncommon in this country from now on.
The debate over 3/4G pitches rages on, but my feelings are that they will become a regular feature on many grounds before too long (for those with the money to be able to afford one).
I also know that ...

Re: Home to St Andrews in FA Vase

Your name`s on the Vase lads - I had a distinct feeling about that earlier this season and after today`s draw, I`m even more convinced!!

That is Wellingborough`s `old site` - the newer version, although still in its infancy, is: www.pitchero.com/clubs/wellingboroughtown/

Non-League Football Show

Managed to get a mention of the club in on my piece on the Non-League Football Show this week! And it was added to afterwards by presenter Caroline Barker.

Need people to spread the word on the show for next season (last one this Sunday) so we can get it on live at a reasonable time!

Re: [ Thu 16th May ] U18 v Yaxley, KO 7:30pm NSYL PLAYOFF AW

Well done lads, great season and be proud of what you've achieved this year.

I know it sounds like sour grapes and being a bad loser, but the referee had a shocker - seemed strange that during the presentations a fella got awarded referee of the year and yet wasn't given the Final? :? A blind ...

Dunc

I am a bit miffed at you having a go at me (and the rest of the management committee). You should know that we try and run the league in a professional way without costing clubs hundreds of pounds in fines like many other leagues do.

We have to be ...

Re: [ Thu 9th May ] U18 v Oxford City, KO 7:45pm NSYL HOME

With the play-off being in a week's time and Oxford having cancelled three times (?) now I can't see that the league will have any option.

I, along with one or two others on the NSYL management committee, have spent half the morning in email and phone conversations regarding this game.

Had it ...
