Re: [ Michael Harriman ] Stays for 24/25 Season

1715946001423.jpeg Not sure if this changes anything, depends on when they informed the FA I suppose. They posted this statement just now. I would assume it won't have an impact on when the allocations are released given how late on it is. It does, interestingly though, provide yet another avenue f...

Re: [ Michael Harriman ] Stays for 24/25 Season

Looking like the allocations will be released tomorrow (maybe today but that would be a slight surprise), looking forward to (hopefully) being put out of our collective misery. Which site are you getting this info from please? Non League Matters Forum -> Restructuring Discussion -> Projections 2024...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck

Would you refer to I don't know Rushden- Cricket/Badminton/Bowls Club- as a "business". I’ve agreed with a lot of what you’ve said, however this reasoning that you have put forward for AFCRD not being a ‘normal’ or ‘proper’ business is a load of crap. To relate AFCRD to the badminton or b...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck

Some times it astounds me that posts I am reading would indicate the Board would be nieve enough to propose the move before checking with the FA and the NPL. The board has spent months before the proposal was put out doing due diligence at all levels. The move was based on a 10 year lease in order ...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck

It appears Higham social media put out the reason we can't move bring because we are not allowed to have a lease at 2 grounds at the same time. They are certainly enjoying themselves at our cost on social media! I’m pretty sure this isn’t a thing, otherwise clubs wouldn’t be able to move during the...

Re: Returning to the Dog & Duck

I understand that to have a new groundshare agreement the host club must have at least a ten year tenure. Welly clearly don't have that. According to our statement, they were still able to offer a 3 year GS agreement. Presumably if they had a ten year tenure as you have suggested they would’ve been...

Depends on whether you believe in good or bad luck I suppose.
