Re: [ Sat 17th Aug ] v Nuneaton Borough, KO 3pm SLPDC HOME

Lol you can spend all the money you like but if you lack discipline you might aswell just bung in a youth player and risk it. With the experienced players Nuneaton have, lacking discipline and throwing the game away like that is totally unacceptable. Onto us, we played well, kept the ball well, didn...

Re: [ Sat 10th Aug ] v Barwell FC, KO 3pm AWAY SLPDC

It shocks me that Dolman never became a conference north/south defender, he's still young ish but he's been here a few years and in all honesty you can't say he's got better since we signed him because back then when he was younger he was already a fine defending talent. Even as a back up or on a du...

Off Topic Google

Why is it that if you put KTFC into Google it says "American football field in Burton Latimer, England"

Could be a joke?
But with Google being American could it be a genuine mistake?

Perfect excuse if fans start asking for refunds saying they play to much long ball :drinks: :cheesy: :cheesy:

Re: New Recruits for 19/20...?

The latest of which being Joel Carta who's moved from Corby to K*ttering today. Looks like a change of philosophy at Larimer Park, when in easier leagues they signed players from 2 leagues above but now they in a harder league they sign 2 players from Corby who are 2 leagues below. Regardless of ri...

Bit far for me for a PSF, hopefully we will start to up the levels a bit now with the season opener getting ever closer.

Agreed if we are to sign a player whether he is good enough or not - give one of our youngsters a chance instead.

Could we not have a separate area for Rushden & Higham posts? I always open them thinking it's us then realise it ain't. A separate area would allow more regular R&H posts to drum up support through the season too.

Re: TONIGHT! [ Thu 18th Jul ] v Leyton Orient, KO 7:45pm PSF HOME

Not looking forward to tonight, will feel very strange, glad to get the opportunity to pay our respects but at the same time sad that we are having to as Justin was so young.

Re: Realistically what league do you think we could establish ourselves in?

He may be called Mad Dog but he talks a lot of sense, totally agree with what he said. At the end of the day it's the youngsters who will keep the club going in the future so if we make it cheap for them to attend it gives us more chance of making them want to come back and eventually becoming regul...
