Exciting night! Charlie Pattison from AFC Dunstable, Luca Doorbar-Baptist on dual reg from Pboro Sports and Sidik Atcha from Harborough.
All 3 young players once again which doesn't help the lack of experience in the squad, but always welcome new faces and can't wait to see them in action, hopefully tomorrow! Pattison has been a regular in a promotion chasing team at step 4 which is excellent, Doorbar-Baptist has had the odd appearance at step 2, but mainly step 4 loans this season, Atcha has been playing pretty regularly at a step 4 playoff contender in the last few months, but doesn't stay very long at clubs it seems.
Certainly feels like we're building for the future and step 4 football with all of Chris's signings so far, which is to be expected given our position, just hope these guys are going to stick with us next season if we are step 4.
Jim Burnside, from 'Real' Bedford step 6, a 30 year old with experience! Though not sure any experience above step 5, seems to have spent most of his career at Newport Pagnell? Lots of goals though which is good!
Really enjoyed watching it all unfold on twitter tonight, great stuff from the social media team!

"Sidik is a beast" have we ever had a manager describe a signing like that? I love it.
Something really refreshing is that when we sign a player... Nunn tells us: what we can expect to see / what he will bring to the team etc / reason for signing them.
From that, you get the impression that Nunn has done his research on the player he is signing - we haven't had that since Peaks left, Burge and Maxwell came across as the type who would go on eBay to buy a car and ask if the seller could send them a YouTube clip of the engine running so they could have a listen!
One thing we know for sure is that if we go down, we have someone who gives us a ruddy good chance of coming back up.
Looking forward to seeing how the jigsaw fits together on the pitch.

I'm reliably informed that Sidik Atcha turned down a substantial payrise to come to Diamonds. Desperate to play for us. Just the type of player we need
