So we put in a 7 day approach. Thought we had Ashton waiting to get into the side...

anyway was glad he wasn’t a winger as that would of ment gyasi was defo out

Given he’s been out for almost a year I doubt Jacko after 20 minuets for Daventry is quite ready to return yet. I’d put this down as a very good signing and IMO Peaksy is one player away from a promotion side. Not wishing to tempt fate but I made a prediction on Saturday & I’m happy to stick with it.

Where do you think we're that one player away? I'd say we have a very capable squad with some decent quality backup players! Personally I think this is the best squad we've ever had. Better than 2 seasons ago in my opinion.

Definitely the best squad I've seen since we reformed, which makes some of our early season performances just baffling. I've seen no one to fear, Moaningbags weren't a patch on Witton IMO, and we really should be cranking up the pressure now.
That's a bizarre prediction table with the Moaners going unbeaten all season and still coming in runners up  , love it.
Now this looks a "proper" signing, with experience at the next level and youth on his side, welcome Jack.
I'd say the one player short is a big targetman striker, a younger Russ Dunkley.

That’s quite close only I have one game I fancy Moneybags getting beat in. Though whoever has H & Y 22 points behind us is bloody mad, I’d have them 3rd.

Interesting but strange signing. It raises questions.
Is he signed as CM cover ..we do only have 3 players for that position since FBT left.
Is it just to strengthen the squad?
Is Dolman or any other of the defence carrying an injury?
Is Westwood on his way out?
Whatever the reason it seems a good signing.
