Hmmmm.

Post by rudolph_hucker »

The UCL page have decided NOT to comment or promote our club on their page as our board have complained that they aren't allowed to report anything that is in the public domain. No wonder people think of us as billy big bollox.

 that's pathetic!!
The board are obviously under the impression the club is something special and needs no media attention, same old story, board members who think they rule the world....
I've never known them to make negative comments? Just unbiased reports! Such a shame

I'll wait for the usual " I don't EVER read the UCL page anyway" brigade to comment.

Oi there is nothing wrong with Coldplay!!! :o

So you think that its fine the ULC have boycotted reporting on us? Or do you have no opinion on this?
Seems to me people don't seem to have an opinion anymore, or they are too worried they might upset people if they don't conform!!

I didn't realise the UCL page had a readership running into the tens of thousands. How the hell will the club cope without the exposure from this bastion of journalism?! This is truly depressing news.

If you read the post and the replies properly it becomes very clear that the 'complaint' did not come from the Board but from the author of the goal report who does not speak on behalf of the Club but does give up a huge amount of his own time, for absolutely no return, to ensure that match reports are on the Club website. Nothing is being swept under the carpet, it's all there in black and white.
