Heard a rumour that Wooton Blue Cross game with Oadby got called off during the week due to the Northants FA suspending them over non payment of fines.
If they fail to complete their fixtures albeit by only 1 match, does this mean any points gained by the other clubs will be removed ?

Re: Wooton Blue Cross
It has already been discussed here.

Even if Wootton's record is expunged it will not affect the top of the table. They might as well give Oadby Town the walkover for all the difference it would make.

Surely got nothing to do with the Northants F.A. though, must be Bedfordshire.
I'd hate to see the league expunge Woottons record though with 1 game remaining, all the stats would change and I'm sure Jake would be p****d off to lose his hat-trick!

Re: Wooton Blue Cross
Well that really makes the UCL look stupid, when they wouldn't change games so all the promotion candidates played their last game together.
It's a nothing games thanks to Oadby losing their bottle quicker than Ernie the Fastest Milkman in the West but they still look daft.

Re: Wooton Blue Cross
To be honest, if the reason for the original postponement was due to WBC's suspension by the Bedfordshire FA, then the UCL really had no options open to them as it was out of their hands.SouthRushdenJFC wrote:Well that really makes the UCL look stupid, when they wouldn't change games so all the promotion candidates played their last game together.
