So does he qualify to play for Diamonds and Cogenhoe in the Hillier Cup? I would have expected him to play v St Neots next week in League Cup and the following week in the Hillier v Whitworths.

Assuming he hasn't already played for Daventry in the Hillier Cup (and I can't be arsed to check if he has) then he's eligible to play for either us or Cogenhoe. He couldn't play for both though as he'd be cup tied after playing the first game.

I take it the rule about playing for no more than two clubs in one season doesn't apply at this level?

IIRC a player can't play for more than two clubs in the same league system, i.e. he could play for two UCL clubs, and two Southern League clubs.
