Melton Town in UCL Div One have appointed Tom Manship and Jon Stevenson as joint-Managers.

Sounds like they are going to be throwing money at it this season.

John Manship, Tom’s father, is mentioned in that report as having an involvement. He was the principal shareholder at Hyde until a few years ago when Tom played for them.

Everyone’s favourite flamingo has departed Kempston Rovers and joined Moneybags Peterborough Sports I guess it was the fact they only just missed out on promotion last season (by 16 places) that attracted him, no cynical comments about budget size please.

Wisbech have confirmed Bunt’s won’t be there next season as well as a couple of others they wouldn’t have wanted to have lost, would think a few UCL Premier Clubs in the Northampton area will be asking for his number, Pagnell an option??

Bunt’s going to Rugby, Holbech are making some signings but can’t see anyone finishing above Rugby next season.

Michael Corcoran has swapped one play-off final loser for another, albeit he’s jumped back up to Step 2 in doing so. He’s left Hendon and joined Hampton & Richmond.

Gary Mulligan has completed the set by joining Corby from the Ploppies.
