I have just spoken to a good friend of mine that is a Director of Hallam Football Club. Hallam FC are the 2nd oldest club in the world playing on the oldest ground.
He is offering us the opportunity to
1) Play a pre-season friendly next year at there place (as it is the oldest ground) we think the publicity could be huge.
2) Play a friendly when ever we are ready agianst thier under 19 side.

He is also very close to the (i think) Chairman of Sheffield United and is pretty confident of arranging something with them.
I know the senior side will not be up and running till next year but I wanted to put this to the steering group now while it is fresh on my mind.
If somebody could get back to me I would appreciate it.

Thier President is Uri Renne (the ref)

Cheers

Mat
