Shane Huke & team to play Bath City
Considering the offy site said he's still out (squad news), did someone perform a miracle at the club for him to appear in the second half?
If we're going to stick with this 4-3-3 then it's important that we get Shane in the Terry role asap, leaving Power to get forward (as Byrne did).
Possible line-up
...........................Roberts
Miler.............Osano.........Stuart...........Corcoran
...........................Huke
.........Power..........................Green
Charles.................Howe.....................Farrell
I don't think this is our best line-up with the players at our disposal. Faz or Howe would be wasted out on the left and if Day was available I'd play Green up there with Day behind on the left of the midfield. That would leave Howe or Faz up front in the centre and give us a delivery from either wing.

Swap Corcoran for Miller, and put Robinson in at left back and i'd be happy with that. Maybe Day if he is fit.
I think you may be right though.
I wonder if Green will be a direct replacement for Tomlin and go straight in up front.

and leave out Porter? He did'nt have the greatest game but would form a decent partnership alongside Power. Green in for Charles and swap round with Faz and Keehan and Smith to make the bench

What did Miller do wrong..? I thought he had a very good game along with other new boy Power.
I like Corks (100% player), but he does rash things at times, like his challenge and booking yesterday.
Oh and before it is pointed out - yes he did score in time added on.

I thought he was shaky at times, but I think that comes down Miller needing games more than anything. As such dropping Miller at the moment wouldn't make much sense. Plus it gives Robinson more time to recover and be in contention for Barrow.Dukes wrote:What did Miller do wrong..? I thought he had a very good game along with other new boy Power.

I agree that Miller needs a few more games. He seems almost Neville-esk, in the way he just goes about doing a simple job. He pretty much dealt with everything thrown at him defensively, and to be honest Spence and Howe didn't really offer much whilst they were alternating on the wings for him.
I think Miller had a solid performance.
