I'm lead to believe that Green HAS signed, and Howe is set to sign for us having trained with us yesterday. Both from Peterborough.
Green signed for Peterborough for 200k in 2008, and has since made 27 appearences scoring 2 goals. He was on loan at Chesterfield last season scoring 2 in 10. He is a midfielder.
We all know about Rene Howe.

Howe would be a major signing as long as he is committed to putting in the effort and doesn't see it as a "fill in" until something better comes along.

Dominic Green is a VERY GOOD player, I saw him on his debut and he looked superb although he didn't play as much last season! I'm so excited now, any slight doubts about this season have all but gone. Rene Howe i've barely seen but everyone here is adament that he's a good addition so I'll trust you all ;)
