Should away fans be charged Terrace prices

Had the club decided to lower the away fans admission fee to £15 (the same as the PDB would have been with the £1 increase)

The Club always planned to increase the terrace price by £1 to £14 this season.

We need to take into account that Stevenage and Oxford made up around 4000 of the 11000 away fans who visited last year (approx). Formic's figure show this in far greater detail on the other topic.
