Small point on the report. April was fouled for the penalty but it was Fiona who hit the bar

From what I understand our match with Roade is under investigation. Number 16 for Roade who scored the crucial winning goal is cup tied as she previously played in the league cup competition for Moulton

Can't be much to investigate can there? If she's cup-tied, she's cup-tied!

Of course not but who knows whether the league will actually do something. The rules clearly state you are only allowed to play for one team throughout the duration of the cup. If a team is found to have fielded an ineligible player they are removed from the competition.

The fact she played for the two clubs does look pretty clear - in fact she helped Moulton knock AFC Ladies out of the KO Cup competition. The only possibility is if the Plate is regarded as a separate competition to the KO Cup itself - i.e. they regard the 7 knocked out teams as being entered into a separate competition, which did have a new draw.himynameisrob wrote:Can't be much to investigate can there? That's correct and that's what we are trying to clarify. The league handbook seems to have a section for the cup competition and looks like they classify it as one competition. It's not very clear. See the link below for the handbook and go to page 33 for the cup rules

They definitely under investigation then? When should you know of any action?
